In a significant development for the housing landscape of Trece Martires City, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) has been officially signed between Vision 3000 Builders, the developer, and the Local Government Unit (LGU) Trece Martires.

This marks the initial step in the implementation of the 4PH Program (Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing Program), a key initiative aimed at constructing and providing affordable, accessible, safe, and resilient homes for the city’s residents, particularly targeting Informal Settler Families and low-income earners.

“We believe that everyone deserves a safe and secure place to call home and we are committed to making that a reality,” Mayor Gemma Buendia Lubigan said on Facebook.

Trece Martires City strongly supports the 4PH Program, a housing initiative led by the Marcos administration and facilitated by the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DSHUD).

The agreement shows a promise to help the community’s housing needs, especially for those facing financial challenges. People eligible for the 4PH Program can now get affordable financing through Pag-Ibig Fund or HDMF.

This effort not only provides homes but also creates opportunities for community growth, giving residents access to facilities and programs for their livelihoods.

The chosen project spot is in Barangay Inocencio, Trece Martires City, conveniently close to Bria Homes. This area is set for a planned 4-story affordable housing project, showing a dedication to offering homes that are not just budget-friendly but also well-designed and strong.

Making sure this program runs well requires working closely with the Developer/Contractor, Vision 3000 Builders Inc. Their commitment to the project is clear, highlighting a common belief that everyone should have a safe and secure home.

Inquiries regarding the 4PH Program and the housing project in Brgy Inocencio can be directed to the Local Housing Office on the Ground Floor of the City Hall Building.

For those who prefer online engagement, the official Facebook page, LocalHousing Trece, serves as a convenient platform for information and updates.

Signing this MOA is a good move toward meeting the housing needs of Trece Martires City’s people. By joining national housing efforts, the city shows a strong commitment to making sure everyone can have safe and affordable homes.◼
